A START UP FORUM? Up and Running ?

There are many forums and many threads, but none seem to address the problems of the first time user in just getting TGB up and running. This could be just called installation problems or questions.
I went looking for such a forum or thread since I purchased TGB and went through the installation process but still havnt gotten TGB to open. Havnt been asked for a Product key, and dont make any progress. When I try to run a TGB.app I just wind up at the garage games home page. No hint as to what is wrong and no place that I can find info on what I didnt do or am doing wrong.
Yes, some of us need some handholding sometimes.

I had this problem awile back... I got so mad how I fixed it was installing it under a different name then the default. Then delete all traces of the TGB Trial + previous downloads that should work.(I take it you used the trial?)

I tried switching browsers. It seems to open differently with Safari than Firefox, but got no further.
I'll try an email as suggested above tomorrow morning. thanks in advance.

Tried following Advice by Robert Carroll, deleted anything that had torque in its name. Didnt work. Tried again and downloaded the demo. That got me a registration page that was sort of hazed over - a monochrome grey. When I entered the product key I got a response of "connection error" Did this twice.I tried switching browsers. It seems to open differently with Safari than Firefox, but got no further.

What kind of help do you need? There is beginner documentation provided with TGB, it might be a good idea to start there. Or even try here:
