TGE EULA

Hey Guys, i have been looking all over trying to find this out.

Where is the TGE EULA that was on the website?

Both the TGE indie and commercial version of EULA are missing. I know there was some updating going on. But the link that is included with the last version of TGE seems to point to the T3d area of GG. So do folks that are using the TGE version now forced to use the T3d EULA? or has it just been moved?

I was specifically asking becuase in the about there is the big link for the TGE product that well as we know will be discontinued after Nov 1st. Can we removed this link or are we required to promote T3d as the alternative. or will the link in the credits be sufficient to the GG site?
