PAID - Contracts needed for Weather Simulation Game

Okay.. I'd like to know how much it would cost to do the following:

Weather Simulation Game
A weather simulation application/game that simulates the impact of natural disasters on different types of houses. The user should be able to specify the type of house: type of roof (slab, non-slab), type of foundation (flat, raised), type of wall (concrete, non-concrete). Next, the user picks a hazard (earthquake & magnitude, hurricane & magnitude, tropical storm) and clicks "Simulate". The user's interaction with the game stops there... they should also be able to select different camera angles.

The application/game will then simulate the house (given the configurations) and the selected hazard and show damages based on the hazard. Users may pause, stop and continue simulations. We have information on how the house will react in each case. There is a dictionary that defines what will happen in each case to the wall, roof and foundation.

The simulations are need to be photo-realistic or sufficiently high quality. The following are a list of effects that would need to be coded/designed to occur under different scenarios. Inside will need to be rendered as different camera angles will be needed. (East, West, Inside, Perspective angle)
- A house or parts of the house falling apart due to the effects of prolonged rainfall or an earthquake.
- Roof or parts of the roof tearing blowing off due to wind
- Rain falling
- Flooding ... water rising

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Jay: My game development studio, Cerulean Games, could assist you with this project, no problem. We are a team of experienced professionals who have worked on a number of published games, including games on the Xbox 360 and other multi-award winning products. Please give me an email at dave (@) cerulean-games.com and we can discuss your weather project in detail, including production cost and timeframe. I think you'll find that once we talk, you won't need to look any further for a production partner to work with.
