schema file not found

Okay i have seen this proplem dotted round the forum but i have yet to see a fix. When i try and load my hello world tutorial (noooooob) project from VS express 2008 i get some error saying the scheme file was not found and blah blah, can anyone actually help?

    Did you load a new TX 2D starter game project and build it to create the schema file?

    i hit reload component schema file. but express still doesnt update the changes made to the programme and it just runs the starter game when i debug, no world in sight
