Does the companion CD include the digital edition of the book (PDF)?

I actually went to the trouble of scanning every single page... but it was worth it!

Where can I find the digital edition of the book? Tried Amazon but no luck. (Scanning wouldn't do as scanned pdf cannot be enlarged correctly on my sony ebook reader...)
