Failed to open "main.cs" when building project

I'm new to TGB/iTGB. When i run the build project option i get the error msg Failed to open "main.cs". It works fine on my work computer but not on the one at home. The following options are selected
Packaging - "Package Product" is checked
Asset Generation - "Recompile Scripts" and "Compress Textures" are checked
Mode - Debug
Target - Simulator
Optimizations - None
Once I click the Build button it seems as if it's working, but then I get a "Failed to open main.cs" error message followed by a "Failed to initialize game, shutting down" message.
Any clues what the problem is??????

I built the .DSO's on the MAC before building fo the iphone but still get the same error. What do you mean by "your pre-processor definitions are different between the TGBGame build and the iTGB build". Thanks

That means that you build an iphone target that has the script optimization but you didn't recompile TGBGame / TGB Editor with the same defines.

I am not using any optimisation in the iphone build. Also just to make things clear the error is happening in iTGB application itself and not in Xcode. I am not sure if I am doing things correctly. Are there any documents explaining step by step process of converting a TGB game to iTGB.

Are you trying to do this through iTGB's build project options within the TGB editor? If so, that could be it... the Build option in TGB never seems to work right. Try doing things directly through XCode.

Yes thats right? Are there any documents on how to do this. As I mentioned earlier I have just bought iTGB and I don't know much about it. I have tried to follow the documentation that comes with it but its doesn't have much info. Sorry to be a pain

Documentation on iTGB is unfortunately rather scarce, at least in terms of the iPhone specifics (IE: building for the device, preparing things for the iPhone, etc.). Your best bet might be to get someone in the community to give you a direct walk through of a lot of the "How Tos", at least until some documentation is prepared.
