Forum category tag dates (site bug)

In the category tags listings for the forums that have them, I've noticed that the dates on the posts seem to all be the date of the latest post in the forum rather than the date of the latest post of the thread shown. The actual listing for the most recent thread and poster for a given category tag appears to be correct, however. I haven't seen this mentioned yet, so I thought I would bring it up.

I don't think that's the same bug. See this thread. Apparently the fix is to just log out and log in again.

My current date on GG show 12/31/1969...whereas I think the date in my part of the world now is 10/13/2009.
Can this have anything to do with local settings on my computer?! Other forums on internet that I read are correct.
