I tried searching, but didn't really find any results directly related to my question.
What, exactly, is needed for building TGB?
I don't mean this in the sense of tools, but rather, libraries. Is the DX SDK necessary for compiling TGB on a Windows platform? And beyond that, what other libraries will I need to download in order to build it successfully?
