I was wondering if you can use the 3d studio max plugin found here to export buildings you model in max to worldcraft and then import those models into the game engine...

If you can get them into Worldcraft then you should be able to export and convert them for use in the v12.

Awesome! This should make the building of these models easier on me since I know how to use 3d studio max and I dont really want to take alot of time to learn to use worldcraft ;)

I sure hope someone will work on a plug-in for Lightwave >6.5. I will try to organize that but not sure it will bear fruit.
But I'll be glad if I could in the meantime use a level editor like Worldcraft and/or QERadiant. Will that be possible??

Yes, the v12 is currently designed to use Worldcraft to create structures.
