Is it possible to use the 2D Effects Pack for the TorqueX 2D Creators Club version?
"Features: Script Support
So you have the Particle Effects and the Sound Effects, but how do you get them to play in your game? Easy! The pack contains all of the scripts necessary to quickly display the various effects that can be played, including:
* Particle Effects Factory Scripts (includes playing the appropriate Sound Effects)
* Material Behavior
o This is to help you determine what type of impact effect needs to be played. The medium will allow you to match and build effects which are accurate and realistic. The in-built logic will prevent innapropriate effects being displayed in your game, ensuring a professional finish.
* Physical Zone Behavior
"
Can I also easily use the scripts in my version of TorqueX?
Thanks,

If you look at the description it is made for T2D. TX 2D cannot read the efx files created for T2D. Sad I know. Also any scripts that run on T2D are written in TorqueScript where TX is C#.

for sure
but has the bug of it not rendering particles when the base is off screen been fixed? because that honestly turns me off from using them altogether

Just increase the size of the rectangle. This works very well for non-area particle effects.

You wouldn't be able to use the effects pack regardless of it being TorqueX 2D or regular Torque 2D. Garage Games does not allow Creative Club Versions of TorqueX to buy and dowload any add on content from their site.

Though, it may no longer let creators club people buy it, as I bought it a while ago.

Considering Im a Creator's Club Member(going to wait for me to actually release something before I buy pro) and that I've bought the platforming kit, I don't know what you are talking about.Though, it may no longer let creators club people buy it, as I bought it a while ago.

I'm glad you were able too. Which makes me wonder why I and other CC members cannot.

I can confirm that CC members who only have the free version from the XNA website can't buy and download starter kits for TorqueX2D. I have the binary version of TorqueX2D and I can't buy/download starter kits, and I've been told by GarageGames that the free binary version for Creator's Club Members can't use the starter kits. I'm glad you were able too. Which makes me wonder why I and other CC members cannot.

Well, my account still shows that I own Torque X, which was from when they had the binary for free labeled as just Torque X(even without creator's club) and Torque X Pro for money which included the builder and source. The kit says it's available for both, so it may just be due to how long I've been with it. This was long before they split the engine:X
