Dynamic Animation movement behavior problem

Hello everyone.
I found this behavior here

I'm having a problem getting TGB to recognize it. I have a couple other behavior files in my behavior folder that work fine, but this one won't show up in TGB even after I re-start TGB.
I was wondering if someone with a better understanding of these things can see what the problem is. I was quite happy to find this. It's exactly what I was looking for. Now if it would only work! lol
