Torque 3D console does not show

Hey. I just installed the torque 3D demo. and I cant seem to get the console open. is this a bug or a limitaiton?

I have the same problem. The docs say to press the tilde key (~). On my UK keyboard that's Shift+# next to the return key. I've tried the key above Tab which is often the key used to open the console and various combinations of Ctrl, Alt, Shift and those keys but nothing seems to work.

In the german layout it is "ö"...

In TGE it is "^" (above the tab-key).
