Global slow motion effect..

Everybody's got slow motion these days so I figured so shall I. Is there anything I can access to do this in an easy way, like a global time attribute or something.. I'm really grasping here it feels like..
Something that'd slow down both particle fx and all moveTo()'s (even the ones in progress) and object velocities etc etc. Maybe not so much of a hassle to do by hand but am feeling lazy today.
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure I've read this somewhere and doubt it's been fixed since..
Thanks again though, I've started to use it for a silly way of debugging too. :)

Tested it, it works great although it now exposes what I seem to remember is a TGB bug; mounted objects sometimes lag even though the force is set to 0 and should then be fixed. At normal speed you can't really tell.I'm pretty sure I've read this somewhere and doubt it's been fixed since..
