Steampunk/Horror game needing concept artist

So I am on the planning phase on a project I started not to long ago, though soon able to start working on the world its self.
As the title says I am in need of concept artists, one for now will probaly do. I got most of our visual idea's narrowed down, so hopefully there are some out there who might be able to visualize these ideas and put them down on paper :)
It is a steampunk/horror game, though mixed in with a very little bit of fantasy elements to it, but most of what we will be needing is scientific elements fitting a steampunk theme, and horror elements for that part of the game.
Payment is a possibility but as I am alone on these payments it is sort of limited what I will be able to provide so anyone who'd like to either work cheap or for free joining the project as a fulltime member would be more than welcome :)
