Help with Bullet Physics integration - i think i did it right? - Weird result

Hello I recently followed the manual documentation on the bullet website concerning its "integration with your application" (the torque game engine). I followed it to a T and did not get any errors from the compile. But every time a projectile collides with a staticshape datablock or is fired, the staticshapes in the scene move slightly to one side and then return.
Honestly I am stumped trying to figure this out along with trying to figure out how to activate the physics library within the game world. Any advice or help would be much appreciated, thanks.
