Decals have a white/grey outline

Couldn't find anything in search.

All my decals have a white/grey outline when the png files have no antialiasing, i've tried saving for web and using an alpha and cannot seem to get rid of this outline, is quite annoying as my bulletholes have a white outline when i shoot grass.

Using Photoshop CS by the way.

A lot of people have mentioned issues with Photoshop and transparencies.... something about needing to use an old version of a "superPng" plug-in.

Myself, I use the Gimp and it handles transparencies and alpha without a problem.
