The Waterfront is in Randburg. (I can't remember which offramp off the N1, but I'm pretty sure there's a waterfront sign on the offramp). If that's any help.

#46 Coming from Pretoria take the Roodepoort turnoff onto the N1.
Then take the Hans Strydom offramp (+/- 7kms) and turn left...
Take a left at Republic Road (+/- 4kms) again... Then it's the 1st or 2nd traffic light to your
right... you should see the sign...

#51 Well.....we had the Torque meet.

The turn-up was,.. well... myself and Cisor. We discussed this and decided that it was cause of the weather we had.It was pouring down ;-) Seeing that Leslie stays quite far and that Burning drives a bike...anyway.


We had a great chat though and a lot of info, ideas and future venture plans came out of it.
Discussions ranged from Torque, GG, Other Engines, Design,Coding, our past experiences at previous jobs and Quantum Theory.
We drank a lot of beer and ate prawns.

All in all it was awesome to meet a fellow torquer that compliments my experience and make a new friend.

Next time we hope to see more people there!

#59 Hey guys, a quick question, have any of you had problems viewing the GG website? At home, on my Telkom ISDN line, I cant load up the site, I always get a [gateway unreachable] error. Anyone else had this problem? Know of any fixes?
