Pure server.

Is the pure server code included in the initial release of the V12? If it's not, how hard will it be to add? Meaning, will I have to search through the code to make the changes, or is it at one location?

There is dedicated server code, and I believe it is functioning on Win and Linux (and poss OpenBSD too). Hasn't been a priority yet to look at it on the Mac, just since once all the kinks are out on the other platforms, the Mac should come up pretty fast.
