Can we use Worldcraft for Torque development?

They said they would, but I still haven't seen the revised EULA...

@Matthew - If you notice, in that post it says they're planning on making the changes, but there's no update of them actually making the changes. And that post is 1 year old now. Also if you download WC/Hammer and read the EULA, there is no mention whatsoever of an exception for TGE-powered games. However it is quite clear from the EULA that content created with WC/Hammer may not be used in a commercial venture.
So the short answer is no, you can't use WC/Hammer if you plan on selling your game.
Long answer = ask Valve. Maybe they actually were planning on making exceptions, but forgot to adjust the EULA. Never hurts to ask.
