Be the middle man

I've been using a fairly basic 3D modeler called wings3D, and have gotten to where I think I have enough skill to make something to be put into the game. However, I have a problem: I can't export to .dif, so nothing I make can be put into the game. I was wondering if I were to create an object, and have it all ready to go in .obj format, could someone else export it for me? I'm actually slightly confused on the whole texturing process, but I have a program that is used to create the template for what your texture goes on. Although I haven't used it yet, I'm sure it would work fine.

BTW, if you are looking for a free and easy to use 3D modeler, I would definately recoment wings3D, and best of all, its available for Mac/Windows/and even Linux I believe. http://www.wings3d.com

Ok this thing i'm doing isn't working out. I guess I'll start making stuff once a all-in-one mac program comes out.
