Compensated Programmers' Positions for Fighting Game Tech Demo

Hello, my name is Josh aka Zookey--I am Lead Game Designer of Team KAIZEN (www.teamkaizengames.com) and we are making a tech demo to pitch to SCEA (we have pitched on paper once already), and we need additional Animators, 3D Modelers and Programmers:
----we are making a tech demo (already have several 3D models done, one being animated and a few textured) so applicants would NOT be the only people doing work, there is already a team forming and working hard!.
--we are using the Torque 3D Beta and are making a tech demo for pitching purposes (we pitched to SCEA earlier this year and they asked us to make a tech demo and repitch ASAP).
---pay is bare-bones right now (400 bucks plus promise of full time job once we receive funding) however, we are actively pursuing more revenue to pay employees better for the tech demo (including partnering with our friends, LA-based rock band My Evolution www.myevolutionmusic.com so they will create the theme song for Shattered Soul, which will be available on iTunes before the end of the year, and a percentage of each song sold will go towards paying for the tech demo).
