New to torque Question

Hello everyone,
I have the TorqueGameBuilder 1.7.4 demo download and have been doing a few tutorials in this and was wondering how to add a pause menu into one of the tutorial games. The download did not come with any tutorials for doing this. If anyone knows a link to one I would appreciate that.
