Does anyone have a copy of Vince Gee's Opensource Patcher.

A few years ago Vince Gee released an opensource patcher program he made in visual basic.

I was going to use it for a current non torque project I am currently working on as it was easily customizable, and i cannot find anything even remotely like it on google, if anyone has access to a copy of this as his link is dead, or if anyone knows of a program that will connect to a server and download missing files off of a crc list, lemme know please.
