New guy question...

A lot of people here are working together on projects, right? How is everyone coordinating version control and updates? I created a new project in the hopes that GG supplied CVS and a few other development tools, but I didn't see anything. Am I missing something? If these things are not available, how are all of these people coordinating development together?
Btw: this is a cool little community. How long has the site been up? Just curious...

I know that this is a stretch, but does anyone know of a site that gives you free hosting, ssh, cvs,... for commercial products? I've been pampered by sourceforge, but obviously my project is no longer Open Source.

Two years? Wow, I feel out of the loop. This is definitely a nice site. I don't know of any sites which give you that free, but I and two friends have a server in Birmingham (and if you pronounce that last syllable, then don't worry: it's in England) which costs

Thanks for the offer, but I can get a static IP from my ISP and I already have a few development servers that I can setup with any software I might need. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going over kill.

Free, no, but Maxgaming has some offerings that might be affordable that we're about to roll out.
