Just trying to make a freaking script

Hi there everyone, I'm interested in the game industry, so I just downloaded the T2D demo. So I see it has some sort of scripting language built in, awesome. Access to the scripting language, not awesome. Seems like a pain in the butt to even access it (I.E downloading Torsion). I'm kind of disappointed that I had to download something completely different in order to unlock this feature. Well anyways, I've been trying to make a completely simple one line hello world script. Everything seems fine, but when I hit run, it says Invalid password. Huh?

Well, this one seems to help, and would especially be good for me with the debugging part. So what about this password issue?

Ok, got it working. For some reason the executable was broken, so rebuilding in TGB worked. Now, does anyone know how to change the default scene?

The default scene (along with a lot of the other settings) is defined in commonConfig.xml under the common folder.

Ok, thank you. I don't know about you guys, but I think it would be nice if it could be accessed within TGB.

It's there. When you build (compile scripts+place binaries) a project from within TGB, you choose a startup scene.

If haven't already, go through the documentation and do the tutorials. It'll show you things like the how to use the editor and how to script with TGB. If you have to go through each tutorial as many times as you want so everything sinks in how to use TGB.
You might want to check out this website: makingindiegames.com
for more tutorials, tools to aid you in getting educated in TGB.
Good Luck!!
