Wing Commander Art

Well, I have been in a slight programming rut recently -- not having wanted to be doing anything, really.

However, I was looking over at the WCNews site, looking at some of the screenshots from Standoff (a remake of WC2 on the Prophecy engine), and decided to see how some old Wing Commander artwork would look in the TSE engine, via Kuiper. The artwork itself isn't very good, hence why they look somewhat crummy.

So here it is.

Need to change your [img] tages to [image] tags.

Aw, man, that brings back a few memories.

Wing Commander 1 was what made me start thinking SERIOUSLY about going into the games industry. And it's also the reason my first indie game was a space-shooter.

Sweet. I think it would be cool for someone to make a Space Pak for TGE / TSE with the existing resources kind consolidated, documented and expanded.
