Im so very happy to announce the opening of Games Extract!

I give the story on the site, but I'll tell you here as well. Im an aspiring game artist. Ive been busy training myself to aquire the skills I need and because of that, I have buckets of art just sitting on my harddrive. Games Extract is a site Ive started to give all that art an outlet. Check it out, download whatever you want, edit however you need to. It's all entirely free. All I ask in return is that you mention me and my site somewhere in your credits.

Ive been working on getting this live for a long time now. I went through 3 site designs, 2 of which I changed for aesthetic reasons and one for technological reasons. Man oh man, it feels good to have it up.

In similar news, I have also posted my personal portfolio. My personal portfolio is finished as far as the site design goes. As far as actually posting my work, though... thats still about a week off. There is SOME stuff, however. You can check that out by clicking right here

In other exciting news, Im answering the call for GarageGames internship. So we'll see how that goes. I may get it. I may not. Im sure most everyone here knows the feeling of being really excited about something but not wanting to get your hopes up. Whole lot of that going on.

So thats that. In closing, yes, I realize that it looks like Game Sex Tract when you write out the URL. In fact, I only officially call the site Games Extract. If Im telling a friend to check out an update, I say "check out sextract, theres new stuff up".

I urge you to do the same.

It'd be great if you could submit some or all of it to www.digitalboneyard.com, there seems to be some interest in getting that going and there's already a bunch of assets on it.
