Im trying to learn c++ and im already have designed game docs to some simple games but i know not how to program them. I play a lot of games so i understand the concepts of a good game, but I wish someone could help me learn it because I'm really lost.

Remember if you get frustrated, it is not at all necessary to understand C++ to be a good game designer. Most game designers work with programmers to build their ideas. Another route you can take is use one of your game docs and use is as a starting point for a project. You can post information about the project on this site and solicit programmers for the project.
