And a few remarks

This contest is being offered by Bitgap Games with the sole purpose of seeing more of what you can make with Torque.

We hope that other content providers will follow suit by starting similar contests and offering their products as prizes.

The goal of this is to show off Torque to the world! While we have limited resources to offer, we hope it will be successful and we will see some pretty screenshots in the coming days.

Thank you for reading through. Be sure to voice your questions and thoughts on this!

Good luck, and keep the screenshots coming!

TGE 1.5.

I decided to avoid overcrowding the scene in order to go with a clean shot of the bridge.

His fellow orcs abandoned their warrior ways and settled down to a pastoral existence of peace and happiness, which didn’t quite suit his lifestyle choices. Kork wandered far and wide through many and diverse lands until eventually he came upon the fabled Castle of the Iron Skull. Gazing upon its fearsome visage, he wondered what treasures lay within for his plundering, and exactly when would the narrator stop stringing togther overly long sentences that made Kork's head hurt and let him get on with his looting.

Hi, Have you been to Indonesia? Here is one of our greatest temple, it's called "Borobudur Temple" in Central Java. Modeled in Constructor and 3dsmax.

It's for an MMORPG TGE 1.52 project, ported T3D to handle the shot ^^

@ Guimo and Konrad

Yeah, I really loved the Archon game on the C64 too! That's the big reason why I did this game.

At the time I made it I saw someone had resently aquired the right to use the brand, so I thought they had their own potentialy 3d remake up their sleeve.
Which I see now they didn't. So pherhaps it's worth a try sending them a mail at least :)
I believe the game has merit, though it of course needs some fixing, and of course multiplayer support would add a lot to the game, and would be simple to add, I didn't implement it since the game wasn't to be released.

Here's a map from my current project (sorry no name yet). Still working on art to insert into the level to make it less... bare.

Running in T3D.

Loving T3D so far! Took a little time off from the main project to throw this scene together for the contest. Kudos to you guys for hosting it! :)
