This is a call for some Torque fun! Post your single best screenshot from your game in this blog in the coming 7 days, and win licenses to various products.
Create a screenshot (700x400 resolution) made in any engine of the Torque product line.
Failure to adhere to all of the above rules will disqualify the entry in question.
Our Cliff Construction Kit's final Torque 3D version is arriving at the end of this contest. Winners will receive licenses to all versions of the mentioned products.
If you already own a license to any of the prizes presented here, you can choose to pass your prize on to another Torque community member. Preferably someone who has submitted an entry in this contest, but it's your call.
If you are not familiar with MarkupLite, here is an example how you can post your screenshot within your reply here:
If you can't upload your screenshot, we'll be glad to help! Send it to: screenshot /at/ bitgap /dot/ com and we'll send a link back at you that you can post in this thread as your entry.
Everyone who is a licensee of any Torque product can cast a single vote on any of the entries after the contest has been closed in this same thread. Voting will be possible for 24 hours after the contest has been closed. Be sure to value the looks, ideas and uniqueness of the entries posted, and choose your favorite carefully.
Many thanks to

TGE 1.5.
I decided to avoid overcrowding the scene in order to go with a clean shot of the bridge.

His fellow orcs abandoned their warrior ways and settled down to a pastoral existence of peace and happiness, which didn’t quite suit his lifestyle choices. Kork wandered far and wide through many and diverse lands until eventually he came upon the fabled Castle of the Iron Skull. Gazing upon its fearsome visage, he wondered what treasures lay within for his plundering, and exactly when would the narrator stop stringing togther overly long sentences that made Kork's head hurt and let him get on with his looting.

Yeah, I really loved the Archon game on the C64 too! That's the big reason why I did this game.
At the time I made it I saw someone had resently aquired the right to use the brand, so I thought they had their own potentialy 3d remake up their sleeve.
Which I see now they didn't. So pherhaps it's worth a try sending them a mail at least :)
I believe the game has merit, though it of course needs some fixing, and of course multiplayer support would add a lot to the game, and would be simple to add, I didn't implement it since the game wasn't to be released.
