A Few Short Notes

I was expecting this to show up in the store a week from now so I was caught by surprise that it came out today. I have been planning to put together a short video describing the background story of why I made this game. It has to do with my son, Aidan.

I'll try to get that together over the weekend and post a blog here on Monday. Anyway, check out the game. I think it is pretty fun. And it was fairly easy to create using Torque.

My wife downloaded buggle to her iPod, but it doesnt run, it shows the splash screen for maybe a second and then it crashes. Restarted the device and still no go, any ideas? Also, I am curious how you solved the memory leak issues of iTGB.

That crash sounds strange. Is an iPhone or an iTouch? Buggle should run on everything.

I haven't upgraded to iTGB 1.2 yet and from what I've read it looks like that is where the memory leak problem is coming from.

It is an iPod touch, 2nd gen.

I've done some tests using instruments, and 1.1 has memory leaks as well, just not as obvious as 1.2.
