im selling 5 interior models on turbosquid and it comes with the .map file, .dif file, and the textures. the models are kind of like historic fanasty sort of interiors. They are only $5.00 and this is the first thing i've sold so far. i will sell a lot more stuff in the future if you might be interested. these models are very fun to play with and i think it would be awesome to play in-game. they are super affordable and in my opinion really cool. also, if would like to look at the interiors the link is below to the turbosquid page that this item is found. there is a picture of every interior on the turbosquid page and a picture of all 5 of them together. so if you do buy these interiors i hope you like them and have fun with them!!!! :)

Not bad. I always try to encourage people :)

I'd suggest adding some details, and also do a little texture work. The tiling is kinda noticable.

All-in-all a nice product though.

My $0.02 (and I'm gonna tell it straight-up, no BS):

These are a good start, but not anything worth selling, IMO. Why? Because what you've done so far is the easiest part -- just about anyone could come up with these with 1-2 hours of work, even complete newbs.

The hard part -- i.e. the part people are actually willing to part with cash for -- has yet to be done here, and that's what Tony already mentioned. These need more details modeled -- look at any actual building and you'll see railings, moldings, arches, ledges, porches, windows and doors (with frames), roofs, gables, dormers, etc. All those different pieces of architecture look different, i.e. they won't all have the same color or texture. At the very minimum, you need different floor and ceiling textures on your structures.

I highly recommend finding some cool looking real-life buildings -- there are a ton of images on the web (e.g. www.traveladventures.org/continents/europe/images/murano10.jpg) -- and start practicing modeling and texturing those.

Other games can be great inspiration too; look for screenshots, like
sharpfish.realityfakers.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/unrealtournament3_1.jpg or images.mmosite.com/photo/2007/11/18/ss37_aVv5L5V50VU.jpg.

With a little time and practice, you will finally get some stuff that people will see and be like, "Whoa, that is hella cool! I gotta get that!" and they will buy it. =)

thank you kevin and thanks for the pages to practice with. i am getting a lot better and learning torque constructor a lot better and i mean i like when say that my buildings are awesome but i like it more when people tell the truth and are honest about them lol :) but thanks for the comment and i will definitely be looking in to making one of the interiors.
