This is a little follow up from Duncan Grays blog on TGEA ragdoll, here
Together (me and Duncan) are cranking out a FPS, this is not the typical way of the indie but hey I have plenty experience doing this kinda game (TrueCombat) and Duncan is a s**t hot programmer so why not. With some hired help for certain tasks I am confident we can do it.
The name of the game is TeamCombat and the website is www.teamcombat.net There is a forum there so if you want to sign up please do, it would be nice to get some fresh views on the project.
Anyways the real reason for this is to show a couple of new screens which are a much better representation of the game as the RagDoll video is a bit ruff with place holder art.
Bloom is a bit overpowering in these shots but it is toned down now.

The bloom is too heavy in these shots, it is more subtle now, I dont want it to look like a dream sequence from baywatch :)

Is the hands/weapon placeholder art or custom? 'cos it's quite good

The weapon is custom but not final, not bad for the first pass but as you can see the holes upfront on the grip should be 3D instead of drawn on texture. More experimentation is needed to get the best out of it.

The hands are place holder, they will be gloves and sleeves, the flesh is just too much, that sounds dirty dont it :PThe weapon is custom but not final, not bad for the first pass but as you can see the holes upfront on the grip should be 3D instead of drawn on texture. Hey Ando - always a pleasure to see some of your artwork and the quality you bring. Best wishes to Duncan and yourself it seems like TeamCombat is going to be a project to keep a very close eye on.

Hey!!! I have wake up and gone out of my house a couple of times and everything looked exactly that way! (except that it was a cup of cofee instead of a gun).

I would like to make 1 request (and perhaps anyone else that played TCE will chime in as well): ..allow the player to run, not just slowly jog.
If you were being shot at, your adrenaline would pump you up and you would move fast(er)...even while wearing tactical gear! I don't mean to sound rude..so..sorry if you think that, but I stopped playing TCE because, to me, it felt like the players were head-to-toe in quicksand.
