Wild West Kit Western Themed Building Content Pack
wildwest.redlionfoundry.com/ - [edited] currently being updated [/edited]

The West is Wild, and it is about to get even Wilder! The Wild West Kit brings an entire Western town to life for Torque with buildings all especially made in DIF format for fast and painless integration. They are all pretty Low on the Poly Count, under 2k, and LODs to provide lower polys to help keep your game running smoothly.

The first part of the Wild West Kit contains a series of single storey buildings. With so many variations you may never need another building again. But because we are so generous we have also included one building that noone could ever be without in the old West, a Privy =) just be sure you bring your own paper.

Also included as a Free Gift, is a Two Storey building for helping to flesh out your environment. While you cant enter the bonus building it does look great in Torque and next to the orther buildings.

The Indie pack will contain plug n play models all ready for use inside Torque, the Commercial packs will also include all the files you may need to customise the models to create your own variations and designs using provided components.

Everyone who purchases a pack will get invited to the 'Yeehaw! Club' where you will get free updates of the models and even extra gifts such as props and new textures.

Try putting your URL in the post so we don't have to type in. Also I get a 403 error on your site.

Hi Ryan, thanks for your post. Yep forgot to add the url, thanks for that. Not sure why it was saying 403, the content is currently being updated and is under construction. May have been while the files were down.

Too bad it's not for sale. I'd certainly love to buy it.

Hi David, Due to some work commitments :( I have had to put the buildings on hold.
They have currently been exported to Torque with portals and LODs.

Will be releasing it for free under the Creative Commons thingy, just need to find some nice person who will help with the hosting of the files :D

I'd be happy to host a download of it on a server for you if you like. It would be www.c5gaming.com/* (where * is the name of the download). The domain is a website I host for a gaming clan I'm in. Let me know what works for you.

The ceiling rafters touches the walls, they do not overlap but simply touch. Anywhere on the model where sides touch, little white dots appear all the way horizontal or vertical depending where they touch.

Ive been told that other people have had similar problems with Torque rending DIFs with the white dotted lines.

Has anyone found a solution to this? other than dont have sides touching in the DIF.

Thanks.
