Inventory screen

I just wanted to show off a new screen shot from my western post-apocalyptic role-playing game (This game is in fact the most amazing western post-apocalyptic computer role playing game ever made!.... It is only a coincidence that it is the first, last, and only WPACRPG (western post-apocalyptic computer role playing game....it is an acronym I just made up!)
Anyway, this screen shows off the inventory system for the RPG. It is going to be rather simple to navigate, I have made it fairly intuitive and easy to use. I have used a categorization system, similar to the one used in the Oblivion RPG.
You can see at the bottom of the inventory screen, from left to right, the weapon category, the armour category, the miscellaneous category, and, finally, medicine items.
Oh, by the way, the Torque 1.7 Open Beta is available, I have played around with it and I am very impressed the way they have changed the code and the efficiency of the Torque Game Engine Advanced.

It is true about the sack, I did attack it with the blur tool! Perhaps a bit too much, I should tone that down...
I think replacing the RX with the vial is a good idea, RX typically means prescription in western countries, but the acronym would not translate well. I think a vial would be a better idea, definitely!
Thanks for your comments, they were all very useful and I would value anymore that you may have!

Thanks for your comments Cihangir, it is easier to model a tight fitting garment that a loose one! But hopefully , as my modeling skills improve, I shall be able to create something more appropriate. It is true about the sack, I did attack it with the blur tool! If the "RX" is used as an icon in the old western, it is alright to use it then. It was just me
didn't know what it meant [I'm not from a western country as you guess].
Then we can conclude that the two choices have their own trade-offs, you will pick one:
1. use the "RX" icon: make it more westernish, but not recognizable at first glance.
2. use the vial: make it more universal, but a bit cliche though.
I had been watching the Abaddon versions you are working on before. It was a nice surprise bumping
into you at GG. You already have a fan here waiting for your indie-western-postapocalyptic-alittle bitfalloutlike-RPG game :)

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think the vial would be the better choice. It may be more cliche, but it would also be more recognizable, and I want to have the icons be immediately recognizable irregardless of what country the individual is from.
It is always good to see someone who has been following Abaddon. I have been working on it for many years now, and it did indeed start off as a Fallout clone. Hopefully it has evolved a bit from then, and I will be able to create something that pays homage to Fallout without being a complete rip-off! :)

some visual ideas, IMHO:
- The four icons [castle, bullet, star, cross] on the right side of the weapon slots should match size with their value numbers shown on the left, they will lok more relevant if their heights match. Make the numbers larger or shrink icons a little bit or do both a little.
- All icons are beautiful except the miscellaneous and medicine items category icons at the bottom. They need a little make up.
Misc. category icon is fine in the concept, the sack gives the idea. However, it looks like someone attacked it with the blur tool in photoshop :)
The medicine icon [I guess the "R" on the right] does not really give the idea. Some western, old vial of some sort would be more informative. What I mean is like that:

- Lastly, not about the inventory but about the character model; You should model the jacket, tight clothes do not suit a WPACRPG :D. Jacket cloth should come down from sides of the character. Currently, it looks like he's wearing a bolero-like thing. :)
I know, it will be hard to model a cloth-like thing. However it looks way to cooler.
