Done!? ... well.... almost

The 2D puzzle game (sokoban style game) I'm working on is 99% done now.
I changed the name to "Magic Pearls". Not very original, i know, but better then the first title I came up with (check my previous blog post about this game if you want to know why I changed the name).
Anyway, since last time I changed a couple of things:
-The name
-Music, you can now configure it to play an mp3 from your hardrive instead of the standard music loop
-Settings (audio volume, music volume, path to mp3.... and these are now saved to a file)
-If you are playing the original pack, you must play one level at a time. Solving a level now unlocks the next, and so one. You can't skip levels. If you load a level pack other then the original one there's no limit, in that case you can play any level from the pack.
Things I still need to do:
-Fix some small bugs
-Design 55 more levels (so i have 100)
-Finish the level editor (not on my priority list, might even finish it after the release)
-Make a Mac version (shouln't take much time)
Like I said, its near completion, so if there are any volunteers out there for playtesting, let me know (have already a couple of people, but could use some more testers). I prefer people who already played this type of games before.... becuase i want some input about the difficulty and fun factor of the levels. (still need to design 55 more levels...damn)

very cool project. The art style is simple and polished!
I like that type of game, so you can send me a mail for the beta testing.

This looks fun. The art style is nice too. When you are looking for Mac play testers let me know. I'd be happy to try it out for you. (kodafox at gmail dot com)

I will put together a beta version for testing this weekend. So I'll contact you guys then. It will only have 45 levels, like I said, still need to design 55 more (think I can get that done in the next week).
@ J Lesko: I'll keep your comments about the graphics in mind. I'll see if I can improve them. Right now my priority is finishing the code and the levels, but after that I'll touch up the graphics a bit.
@Canon: I'm a big fan of your work. Great to hear you like the look of my game! I'll defenetly send you a mail for testing.
@Kodafox: I don't have acces to a Mac, so it can take some time. But I defenetly need to get a Mac version going. I think a game like this will have more succes in the Mac world. Could be wrong, but I think the Mac community is more open to "simple" puzzle games.

Sweet, I'm a sokoban fan. It's nice to see a version with relaxing art that's easy on the eyes. I'll jump on the playtest bandwagon. markm @ gg

If this ever gets fixed in Torque, or someone can help me, i might pick it up again. Oh well... was a good learning experience.

I stopped working on that one once I realized I couldn't get the physic (specially over network) the way it should be. Also becuase of my work I don't have as much free time as I used to have one year ago. Need to make money to pay the rent ;)If this ever gets fixed in Torque, or someone can help me, i might pick it up again. Oh well... was a good learning experience.

The board graphics look perfect, though. A lot of these games go overboard with the tile graphics and it's hard to discern the differences in the tiles.
Anyway, keep it up! I'm not a sokoban player but I'd be willing to help playtest it. (joe at joelesko dot com)
