Summary:

Started off as embedded/realtime in DoD systems (basic data acquisition, GPS, large-scale AIs). Worked my way to hybrid vehicle (hydrogen fuel cell-electric) control systems. Currently doing a dissertation on getting games (FPS mostly) to scale up to many simultaneous players (10k-100k is the goal). Usually while doing one research stint or another. We\'ll see what happens.
