Tgea And Vbos

I'm currently in the the process of optimizing TGE (which is pretty hard to do, since it's pretty well optimized according to VTune).

I was in the IRC chatroom last night, when someone mentioned implementing VBO support to DTS and interior rendering. He said he got a great boost in performance.

So, I just did a search on GG for VBO, and came across this thread:

Adding Vertex Buffer Objects to Head

It's been 2 years since that post, and I was wondering if TGEA is currently using VBOs now. I know this matter is related to engine code, but I'm asking based on the need for a specific tech feature.

This could swing me into a purchase of TGEA and porting my development from 1.5.
