Can someone help me find a good IDE / Editor for writing TorqueScript code?
Will Torsion run on Linux?

Have you looked into TIDE?

Torsion will not run on Linux out of the box. However, the source code is available for anyone to port it to Linux.

You can also post in the active Torque forums and see if others can recommend something.
