Xbox One Console released on Github?

Hi everyone,
Been around the engine since 2001 and followed along on a lot from the growth of TGB and Torque 3D to where it is now. Will we ever see the console port available under Github like the engines currently are? Since MS opened the Dev pad for everyone to take advantage of for $19 for access to building UWP apps and such on both Windows and Xbox One, wouldn't it be the logical next step in the Torque direction (or even Torque 2D for that matter) ?? I already love Torque 3D and supported it through it's what seemed to be a very short life, and would love to see it come back shining again like it once did.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks!
Will
