Lack of know how and Torsion

Hey guys, I am trying to learn scripting in torque and unfortunately I'm having issue right off that bat. Torsion claims that every script is an error. Is this due to just being out of date? or have I done something wrong?

So give the:
1. engine version used
2. Torsion version used("old "commercial or the "new" MIT version)
3. last and most important a screenshot or a text from the console with the errors.

Torsion should not be out of date. drop a screenshot or console shot etc. Also what version of the engine is being used?So give the:
