So i talked to iac today i called them on the phone the woman on the phone legit said they dont own Marble Blast Gold and Softonic owns mbg

IPs are sold and traded all the time. It's not necessarily weird, just not easy to track. Because MBG is not a modern game with a ton of relevancy, you wouldn't see a press release about the IP being sold.
